Andrew Lewis is a seasoned entrepreneur, engineer, and real estate investor with over five decades of experience in technology, finance, and commercial real estate. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering from Purdue University in 1972 and began his career

as a Semiconductor Engineer with ITT in Freiburg, Germany, from 1973 to 1975. 

In 1976, he founded Lewis Lektronix, where he served as President until 1991. Under his leadership, the company pioneered the development of the first L.E.D. Message Center, establishing Lewis Lektronix as a leading manufacturer and distributor of electronic display systems. He successfully sold the company in 1991. 

In 1992, bored from retirement, he attained a California real estate agent license and became a residential mortgage broker at Broker One Mortgage. Two years later, he acquired the firm, successfully growing its operations before selling it in 1998. Later that year, he founded Investment Grade Loans, Inc., a private real estate and lending firm since with an extensive national portfolio. He currently owns and manages more than 4.5 million square feet of commercial property across 17 states, encompassing 41 investment properties with an aggregate value exceeding $290 million.

Ed Santacruz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration from DePaul University in Chicago in 1984. He began his career as an auditor in the Asset Base

Lending division at Bank of America in Los Angeles, CA.

Ed Santacruz is a Certified Public Accountant with extensive and diverse industry experience in both the public and private sectors, spanning corporate accounting, financial management, audit

services, and taxation. Over his career, he has served as a Corporate Controller, Accounting Manager, Audit Service Manager, Senior Accountant, and Senior Budget Analyst.

Ed also possesses a California Real Estate Brokers license and in 2025 he was designated as the broker of record at Investment Grade Loans, Inc. Ed brings a proactive, hands-on leadership style with a strong analytical mindset and deep knowledge of GAAP. His expertise includes full-cycle accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, and process improvement. He has also led major audit and tax

initiatives, delivering measurable results in cost recovery, compliance, and internal control enhancement.
